Core Beliefs
The Church of the Family of Light was founded to represent the New Age movement on an organizational level, and our core beliefs are based on a collection of extraterrestrial teachings, called the Pleiadian Message. The Pleiadian message was given to Humanity by Barbara Marciniak, an internationally acclaimed trance channel and author. Her book, the Bringers of the Dawn (1992) delivers an extraterrestrial message by a group of entities who refer to themselves as the Pleiadians, communicated to Marciniak with a so called channeling technique.* The Bringers of the Dawn reveals humanity’s divine origins and its potential for spiritual evolution. It teaches that Earth was originally a “Living Library”, a cosmic hub of knowledge of how information can be stored in frequencies and genetic codes. Earth was designed by advanced beings who are members of a group called Family of Light, which includes Pleiadians. Humans were originally created at that time, possessing extraordinary abilities. However, Earth’s destiny was altered when darker extraterrestrial forces took control, limiting human potential by rearranging DNA and suppressing consciousness. These forces have maintained this suppression for thousands of years, continuing to this day.

The Pleiadians are extraterrestrial beings from the Pleiades star system. Many of their members are here on Earth today, incarnated into human bodies to assist humanity in reclaiming its lost knowledge and original power. You might be a Pleiadian yourself, but after birth you forgot.
The Church of the Family of Light aims to trigger the awakening of human incarnations of the Pleiadians on Earth, so they can find their original purpose and help liberating humanity who was forced into a super oligarchy for thousands of years on this planet.
Therefore, Pleiadian teachings aim to awaken individuals and reconnect them with their divine purpose in order to restore the original DNA which was left within the cells, but a large portion of it was disconnected. Re-activating the dormant parts of the DNA -often referred to as “junk DNA” by science- is necessary for fulfilling the Pleiadian mission on Earth. As the teachings say “You come into these physical bodies and take them over, and you intend, through the power of your spiritual identity, to change the physical body.”, as well as “We have said that the cells in your body contain the entire history of this universe.”.
As it is stated in the Pleiadian message, “Prime Creator began experimenting with creation a long time ago in this universe for the purpose of greater self-exploration, self-gratification and self-expression. Prime Creator brought energies and essences of life, extensions of itself, into this universe and endowed those extensions with the gifts that it had. Prime Creator said to these extensions of itself: Go out and create and bring all things back to me.” The Church of the Family of Light accepts the Prime Creator of this universe as omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent, and we understand that some of its extensions are other highly ascended beings, members of the Family of Light, often referred to as Creators, which can be interpreted as Gods, since their characteristics match that of a God in many cultures. The Church of the Family of Light accepts Barbara Marciniak as a prophet, the Bringers of the Dawn as our religious text, and the Pleiadian message as the word of Gods, Original Creators of Earth.
The Pleiadians emphasize the importance of bodily autonomy, natural healing, and spiritual evolution in order to succeed with the mission. As the teaching says: “You must become in command of your body”, “It is time for the people of Earth to become sovereign”, “Many of you are at the point where you don’t need to have a healing done on your body”, and “Let your body speak what it wants”.
Beyond bodily autonomy, we believe it is also crucial to gather in communities — to share the frequencies with others (frequencies that are channeled through our bodies) — and to strengthen each other’s frequencies in order to succeed with the Pleiadian mission.
As written in the Pleiadian message: “Members of the Bringers of the Dawn or the Family of Light work in teams. You don’t go into systems alone. You need each other to do this work because you cannot hold the frequency by yourself. By going in as teams, you increase the odds of successfully carrying out the plan.” and “You, as members of the Family of Light, come into this system to receive these rays of knowledge. You then disseminate the knowledge, the new lifestyle, and the new frequency to the rest of the population to alter the entire planet.”
Ultimately, the Pleiadian mission is to awaken other Pleiadians on Earth to their true identity so they can guide humans in achieving their potential as multidimensional beings, restoring balance, and liberating the entire planet for its divine purpose in the universe.
As part of this mission, the Church actively pursues legal recognition of our deeply held belief in the sacred autonomy of the human body as essential to fulfilling the Pleiadian plan — including the right to protect it from forced medical intervention. We also believe that participating in collective human experiences, such as community-based education, is spiritually necessary for the growth of Pleiadian souls on Earth. Through organized legal action, we aim to secure medical freedom for our members and ensure that their children can attend school and evolve naturally, free from coercive interference.
